1. Service Description

SwapZwapp does not act as a seller, buyer, broker, or shipping intermediary.

Users are fully responsible for their exchanges.

2. User Accounts

Users must create an account to access marketplace features.

Users agree to:

SwapZwapp may suspend accounts that violate these terms.

3. Children

SwapZwapp is intended for use only by adults, parents, or legal guardians aged 18 or older.

Children are not allowed to create accounts or use the platform independently.

Any interaction involving children's products must be supervised and managed by a parent or legal guardian.

SwapZwapp does not knowingly collect personal information directly from children.

4. Listings and Uploaded Content

Users may upload:

* exchange proposals

* profile information

Users must not upload:

* illegal items

* stolen goods

* offensive or abusive content

* misleading listings

* copyrighted material without permission

SwapZwapp reserves the right to remove content that violates these rules.

5. Messaging Between Users

SwapZwapp includes messaging functionality to facilitate exchanges.

SwapZwapp has zero tolerance for objectionable content and abusive users.

Users agree not to:

* harass others

* send spam

* share illegal content

* attempt fraud

Violations may result in account suspension.

6. Location Features

SwapZwapp may display approximate user location to improve marketplace matching.

Exact location is not publicly shared.

Users can disable location permissions at any time.

7. Exchanges Between Users

SwapZwapp does not guarantee:

* item condition

* successful delivery

* user identity accuracy

* exchange completion

All exchanges are performed at users’ own risk.

8. Limitation of Liability

SwapZwapp is not responsible for:

* disputes between users

* damaged or lost items

* failed exchanges

* inaccurate listings

9. Account Termination

Users may delete their account at any time.

SwapZwapp may suspend accounts that:

* attempt fraud or abuse
